Griffin, Ltd.
began operations in 1968.
It has grown from 750 square feet, to
its present 16,000 square feet facility.
The spectrum of work has also prospered from strictly
commercial work initially, to the most sophisticated military
specifications of today. From a beginning of doing solely printed circuit board
assembly, Griffin has developed to a full turn-key operation. In-house capabilities include printed circuit board assembly
(thru-hole and SMT), black box (sub system) to total systems,
cables, harnesses, wire wrap, design engineering (electronic
and electro-mechanical), and a precision sheet metal
fabrication department; prototypes to small and medium size
production quantities.
Griffin
Ltd. is an ISO-9001:2000 certified Electronic
Services Provider and Precision Sheet Metal Shop all
under one roof.
We are classified as a small, woman-owned business.
Since this is a privately-held corporation, financial
statements are not made available.
However, we would be pleased to furnish satisfied
customer references, upon request.
On the EMS side, our two (2) surface
mount lines afford us the ability to be flexible; making it
easy to offer quick turn, as well as long-term work.
We do surface mount assembly as well as thru-hole,
chassis wiring, cable assembly, and test.
With our supply chains in place, we can supply turn-key
work at competitive prices.
Our equipment is capable of placing down 0201 size
parts, micro BGAs, and fine pitch parts. Our workmanship standards
are IPC-610 and J-STD-001. Services also include BGA rework,
BGA re-balling, and x-raying.
The Metal operation can fabricate any
chassis, box or part needed for your production, prototype, or
engineering project. Items
can be finished including paint, powder coat, plating, and
silk screening.
If needed, Griffin can reverse engineer
your project for you. No
job is too small, or too big.
The expertise needed to meet your needs is here.
